The Creative Success and Self-Expression program is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to discover, strengthen and support their natural creative abilities.
The objectives of this program are to help each participant:
• Discover their unique creative voice
• Appreciate creativity/the arts as a valuable process and tool for
self-expression and understanding.
• Increase creative risk.
• Experience creative expression as fun.

This program was funded by a 2003-2004 Arts Education Grant from Broward County (FL) Cultural Affairs. It was presented to the after-school population (ages 9 -13) at the South Broward Family YMCA from October 2003 through June 2004.
In 2004-2005, the program will be presented in collaboration with Oakland Park (FL) Parks & Recreation.
